Q: What do you sell?
A: We sell well-known brands such as Caterpillar, Kubota, Liebherr, Perkins, and own brand LTP. We also welcome inquiries for other brands.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office and one of warehouse is in Shanghai. You are welcome to visit, but please notify us in advance.
Q: Why are your prices so high? I searched on Google, and the prices are only one-third of yours.
A: The prices you see might be for aftermarket parts. These are labeled with our own brand or as compatible with certain brands, but they are not original parts. Original parts are indeed more expensive, and as distributors, we can only offer the most competitive prices for original parts. If cost-saving is your priority, aftermarket or alternative parts are available. However, if you seek optimal performance and durability, we recommend purchasing original parts.
Q: Do you sell anything other than original parts?
A: We also offer Liebherr aftermarket parts, known as LTP, as an alternative. They are of excellent quality, made in Germany, and we have a large inventory. You are welcome to visit our company to inspect them. Apart from that, we primarily sell original parts.
Q: What is the lead time? How long do I need to wait?
A: The lead time will be specified in the quotation. Generally, it is short, usually within working days.
Q: Can I see actual photos of the goods I want to order?
A: With thousands of parts in our inventory, it's not feasible to have photos of each one. Many items need to be ordered. Once you place an order and the goods arrive at our warehouse, we can arrange to provide photos.
Q: Are your products genuine and brand new?
A: We only sell genuine products. The condition, whether new, second-hand, from dismantled vehicles, flawed, or from stock, will be accurately stated.
